4. Deposits

Deposits may be required to hold a vehicle.

Deposits are refundable or non-refundable depending on the written agreement signed at the time of payment.

• Submission of a financing application does not guarantee approval

Motor Superkings works with third-party lending partners. Final loan terms, rates, and conditions are determined by the lender.

6. Trade-Ins

Trade-in values:

• Are subject to vehicle inspection
• May change based on mechanical condition or title verification
• Are finalized in writing at the time of agreement

7. Limitation of Liability

Motor Superkings is not liable for:

• Website interruptions
• Technical errors
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party service provider actions

All vehicles are sold subject to the terms outlined in the final purchase agreement.
